Your secure upload link has expired
For your privacy, upload links are time-limited. No worries—we can get you squared away in a minute.
We protected your data by closing an old link.
Why links expire
Security and privacy. Expiring links reduce the risk of accidental sharing or repeat uploads from bookmarked pages.
How long links last
Links are typically valid for 12 hours after first access. If life gets in the way, you can generate a fresh link anytime.
Can I still upload from a different device?
Yes—click Try Again Now to mint a new, secure link, then open it on the device where your report is saved.
I clicked the button but it didn’t work
Close this page and reopen using the Try Again Now button. If it persists, email support@readmymri.com with your order name/email—we’ll send a refreshed link.
Will this affect my report or turnaround time?
No. Once uploaded, your report enters our normal processing queue. Expiration only protects access to the upload page.
Why do I see “access denied” or “limit reached” sometimes?
That appears if an old link was reopened, or a link was used multiple times in the same browser. Use Try Again Now or contact support for a quick reset.
What file types can I upload?
A PDF file of your radiology report (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, PET, X-ray). If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help.
Tip: If your report is on another device, send this page to yourself, then tap Try Again Now on that device to refresh access.
